The user captures incident into our system. When the user enters incident type our systems kicks off a custom RACI (Responsible, accountable, consulted and informed Matrix) defined by our customer. Our system sends a notification to the responsible and informed personnel as specified by customer defined RACI (Responsible, accountable, consulted and informed Matrix). The system sends continual escalations until the incident is resolved.
